We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2021, at the age of 104, Jessie Clair Etter of Rural Retreat, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy S. Etter and Ada Blackard Etter; and her siblings, John Etter, Fred Etter, Lucille Newman and Verna Ager.

She is survived by: her brother Col. Hal Etter (Joyce) of Helotes, TX; her nephew James Etter (Debra) of Tazewell, VA; and her niece Lisa Thompson (John) of Max Meadows, VA. She is also survived by Several great nieces, and nephew.
