He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Stewart Foglesong and Mary Katherine Heldreth Foglesong; and his brother Glenn Stuart Foglesong. He is survived by: his cousins, Darrell B. Miller (Melody) of Rural Retreat and Rodney Foglesong (Ailene) of Rural Retreat. He is also survived by several other cousins, family and friends.
