He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Kerns of Wytheville, Kathryn Holston of Max Meadows and Kasee Holston of Sayre, OK; his stepdaughter Angie Logan of Dawsonville, GA; his son Thomas Keith Holston of Pound, VA; his grandchildren, Laura Repass of Wytheville, Sasha Parks of Bristol, Anna Parks of Wytheville, Elizabeth Lee Moler of Sayre, OK, Curtis Floyd Henley, IV of Sayre, OK and Gregory Joseph Holston of Dawsonville, GA; his stepgrandchildren, Pearl Logan of Dausonville, GA and Jed Logan of Dawsonville, GA; and his siblings, Sheila Hottlinger of Rural Retreat and Maynard Holston of Rural Retreat. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
