Smith, Jr. (Cindy) of Rural Retreat, Amy Smith Pickle (David) of Rural Retreat and Angelia Smith of Wytheville, VA; his grandchildren, Christopher, Trista and Heath; his great grandchildren, Luke, Levi, Alex, Laytin and Bella; and his brother William Billy Smith of Rural Retreat. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
