He was predeceased by: his father John James Cotter. He is survived by: his mother Lori Elsie Carothers; his sons, Charles Jacob Irvin Cotter Jr. and Hunter Bright of Marion, VA; his granddaughters, Penelope and Paisley Bright; his brother John Cotter of Groseclose, VA; his son Alex Cotter of Saltville, VA; his sister Rebecca Cox (Brandon); and also Nicky of Rural Retreat, VA. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
Flowers will be appreciated or memorials may be made to Lindsey Funeral Home to help offset expenses.
