Tolley of Rural Retreat, Virginia, born in Havaco, West Virginia, who passed away on August 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Tolley and Mary Tolley; his daughter Bobbi Crouse; and his siblings, Jean White and Donald Tolley (Pete).
He is survived by: his wife Pat Tolley of Rural Retreat; and his children, Dean (Gayle Tolley) of Rural Retreat, Lisa (Tim Alderman) of Wytheville and Catherine Reffitt (Beth). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and close friends.
