He is survived by: his wife Glenda Gibson Etheridge of Ruckersville; his daughter Allison Etheridge Mundie (Brian) of Barboursville; his sisters, Catherine E. Gard (Kenneth) and Karla E. Bloomer; his stepbrothers, Carroll L. Lamb (Sharon) of Ruckersville, John C. Lamb (Janice) of Ruckersville, Davis M. Lamb (Beverly) of Ruckersville, Steven H. Lamb of Ruckersville, Charles R. Lamb (Wanda) of Ruckersville and William O. Lamb of Bentonville, ARK.; and his grandchildren, Riley Gail Mundie and Luke Brian Nash Mundie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
