He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Chellis and Leroy Sr. Chellis of Johnson City. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Tews-Chellis; and his brothers, Craig (Sherry Chellis), Scott (Dee Chellis), Lee (Theresa Chellis), Brett Chellis (Doug English Jr.) of New York and Wren Bynoe of New York.
