She was predeceased by: her husband William Estes (Buddy); her siblings-in-law, Warren Estes and Libby Estes; and her nephew Gordon Estes. She is survived by: her children, Clinton Estes (Jean) and Edie Swetnam (Larry); her grandchildren, Ashby Smith (Stuart), Lauren Estes, Ryan Pollard (Christina) and Chris Estes (Kelly); her great grandchild Mitt Smith; her brother Matt Mittendorff (Pam); her brother-in-law Jimmy Estes; her niece Lisa Elder (Bruce); and her nephew Martin Estes (Zhwi).
