She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley L. Wagner and Alta B. Wagner; and her husband Milton H. Chodack. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joshua Chodack, Nicole Chodack, Justin Chodack, Jeremy Johnston and Tyler Johnston.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Greene County Animal Shelter of Virginia.
