He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Perry Shreve and Vergie Shreve; his siblings, Dick, Jimmy "Roy" and Sandra Sturm; and his sister-in-law Wanda Flannagan.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean; his sons, Kevin (Sherry), Rodney (Candace) and Dennis (Cyndi); his sister Rosalee Tolin; his grandchildren, Whitney, Laramie, Madalyn, Zachery, McKinze, Zoie, Creo, Christopher, Jeffrey, Kirsten, Laura, Jennifer, Dusty, Kendra, Cody, Denver and Kiersten; his great grandchildren, Rayden, Easton, Hayden, MacKenzie, Kaleb and Everett; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Beverage (Sherry), Tommy Beverage (Suzie), Mike Flannagan, Clara Howell and Debbie Robey (Dick).
