He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine A. Collier and Fred R. Collier Sr.; his great grandchild Maeson Roach; and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Collier (Teeny). He is survived by: his son Kenneth R. Collier Jr.; his brother Fred R. Collier Jr.; his granddaughters, Amanda Collier and Ashley Collier; his great grandchildren, Macie Roach, Ava Roach and Alaina Collier; and his friend Lawrence Penn.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Batten Funeral Home (12819 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
