With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Francis Lucey of Ruckersville, Virginia, born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lucey and Eleanor Lucey; and his sister Mary Dillon. He is survived by: his wife Olimpia Lucey; his siblings, William Lucey, Jr. and Ann Corbeil; and his children, Darrell Guernsey (Susie) of Columbus, Dennis Lucey (Katherine) of Knoxville, Tenn. and Lauren Lucey (Eric Walden) of North Garden. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
