He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Sikorski Blincoe; and his sister Toni Ann Blincoe. He is survived by: his sons, Adam Blincoe (Kayla) and Joseph Blincoe; his sister Phyllis Arnette Blincoe (Allen); his niece Laura Ann Birckhead; and his nephew Jarrett A. Arnette.
