He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Waltz and Elsie Waltz (Kern). He is survived by: his wife Hannah; his children, Russell (Dianna) and Maryellen; his grandson Logan Smith of Ruckersville, VA; his brothers, Donald of Allentown, PA and Edward Waltz of Allentown, PA; and his daughter Heidi of Columbia, SC.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
