He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Alfred Spicer and Ruby Jane Jenkins Spicer; his siblings, Tommy Spicer, Joyce Nalls, Hazel Pote and Ruth Leach; and his great grandchild Ashlyn Grace.
He is survived by: his wife Allegra Lohr Spicer (Sis); his son Carlton Casper Spicer, Jr. (Tammy) of Ruckersville; his sister Marion Elizabeth Coates of Culpeper; his grandchildren, Leyha Robyn Spicer and Vicki Marie Spicer; and his great grandchildren, Allysa Lynne Tremor, Ayla Corynne Spicer and Stevie Sue Spicer.
