He is survived by: his father Roy Edward Shifflett; his wife Susan Kitchen Shifflett; his daughter Leah Shifflett Wimmer (Kris) of Ruckersville, VA; his brother Wayne Shifflett (Gay) of Charlottesville; his nieces, Meagan Agee (Sam) of Palmyra, Tiffany Brookins and Tonya Shifflett of Charlottesville, VA; his nephew David Allen Kitchen III; his brother-in-law David Allen Kitchen Jr. of Summerhill, PA; his great-nephews, Damion Parham, Adrian Brookins and Quentin Agee; and his great-niece Kelaja Agee.
