She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Slagle and Mollie Slagle. She is survived by: her husband O. J. Bailey; her children, Marvin Bailey (Sandra) of Smithfield, NC, Ima Jean Pressley (Phil) of Mills River, NC, Wanda Camby (Larry) of Swannanoa, NC, Virginia Blankenship of Asheville, NC, Hazel Metcalf of Asheville, NC and Faye Owenby (Wesley) of Asheville, NC; and her half-brothers, David Slagle of Virginia and Tom Slagle of Kernersville, NC. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
