He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Decker and Rose Decker; his wife Ruby Inscore Decker of Norfolk; his daughters, Theresa Decker Atkinson of Norfolk and Jacqueline Decker Corletto (Tony) of Norfolk; his siblings, Catherine D. John of Norfolk and George Peter Decker of Norfolk; and his grandchildren, Ryan Decker Atkinson, Derek Decker Atkinson and Rocco Decker Corletto. He was also cherished by numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
