It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Hess of Rowe, Virginia, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Coy and Mary Lee Honaker Hess; and his siblings, Ella Mae Goetz, Dorsey Hess and Raymond Hess.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Hess (Teena) of Corn Valley and Rachel Hess (Jackie) of Big; his grandchildren, Jeffery Dale Michael Street (Megan), Gabriel Hess and Shauna Peck; his great grandchild Arabella Nicole Street; his siblings, Nelson Hess (Barbara), Carl Hess, Harvey Hess (Sue), David Hess (Judy), Eula Fay Blankenship (Glen), Della Gay Parkhurst (Jerry), Anna Ray Burkhart (Bobby) and Linda Kay Woodward (Larry); and his close friend Kathline Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
