Airy, NC, William Russell Duty (Heather) of Owensboro, KY and Adam Lance Duty (Anita) of North Tazewell, VA; her siblings, Maryann Bartram, Jean Kline, Lawonne Gibson, Kay Cook, Harold Cook of Rowe, VA and Leslie Cook; her grandchildren, Stephanie Webb, Madalyn Duty, Tyler Duty, Kate Duty, Gavin Duty, Juliet Duty, Amelia Duty and Caroline Duty; and her great grandchildren, Kylee Seats and Addison Duty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
