He was predeceased by: his parents, Burlin J. Hurley and Nancy Sue Stiltner. He is survived by: his daughters, Jasmin Hurley (John Street), Nikki Shrader (Anthony) and Mikah Blankenship; his grandchildren, Abigail Street, Addisyn Street and Jonathan "Doodle" Street; and his sister Deborah Vanover (Randy).
