He was predeceased by: his parent Harvey Grey; his wife Virginia Coleman Horne; his sister Dorothy Cook; his daughter-in-law Patty Horne; and his grandson Mike Keen.
He is survived by: his parent Bertha Alice Cook Horne; his children, Kennith Horne of Oakwood and Helen Keen (Bob); his grandchildren, Jennie Shortridge (Larry), Kenny Horne (Melissa) and Bobby Keen (Lee Anne); his great grandchildren, Jacob Shortridge (Kari), Jeffersonton, Matthew Shortridge (Ashley), Woodbridge, Austin Keen and Ashleigh Pope (Joseph); his great great grandchildren, Reid Walker Shortridge, Blakely Grey Shortridge, Nataleigh, Remi and Kambreigh Pope; and also, Lebanon and Rowe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
