She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Osborne and Susan "Susie" Sayers Osborne; her husband Winfred Burke; her siblings, Tiny Rasnake, Mollie Webb, Catherine Powers, Nannie Messick, Tivis Osborne, Robert Osborne, Elmer Osborne, Tom Osborne, King Osborne and Noah Osborne; and her daughter-in-law Beverly Burke.
She is survived by: her sons, Carlos Burke (Darlene) of Davenport, VA, Johnny Burke of Miller Creek, VA and Joel Burke (Brenda) of Rowe, VA; and her grandchildren, Melina Burke, Aaron Burke, Adam Burke and Addie Burke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Commonwealth of Virginia Mandate, only 25 people are allowed at one time in the funeral home. Facial coverings and social distancing are required at all times.
