He is survived by: his mother Flossie Fay Horn Meadows; his wife Fayrene Meadows; his children, Elizabeth Hurley (Lance) of Grundy, Amanda Hess (Jared) of Bluff City and Andy Meadows, Jr. (Candice) of Rowe; his grandchildren, Austin Hurley, Haley Hurley, Madelyn Hess, Noah Hess, Emma Hess and Harper Meadows; and his siblings, Ronald Meadows (Dora) of Rowe, Donald Meadows (Bonnie) of Rowe, Randy Meadows (Donna) of Rowe, Arleen Sisk (Bernard) of Raven, Marlene Wyatt (Randall) of Wise, Ruth Bailey (Steve) of Abingdon and Kathy Street (Kenneth) of Rowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
