He is survived by: his wife Carol Kaye of Clarkesville, Tennessee.; his children, Michael Joseph and Deanna Lynn; his grandchildren, Jonathan David, Gabrielle Olivia, Isabella Rose and Michael Giacomo; and his children-in-law, Gary Robert and Carol Michele. He is also survived by partners, neighbors, team-mates and friends.
