He was predeceased by: his parents, William Essie and Eva Geneva Fletcher (Muncy); and his son James Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Mary of Round Hill, VA; his sons, John of Lewiston, ME and Jeff (Gail) of Lovettsville, VA; and his siblings, Shirley Gardner of Ashburn, VA and Jack Fletcher of Herndon, VA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
