He is survived by: his wife Margaret Diane Gallahan Hough; his son Steven Charles Hough (Nicky); his siblings, Lawrence Hough and Shirley Reed (George); his stepgrandchildren, Alex Mullins and Kiana Mullins; and his daughter Cheryl Lynn Hough.
