She was predeceased by: her significant other Meric L. Legnini; her parents, James and Marie; her brother John "Jack" Coker; and her grandson Devan Carothers.
She is survived by: her brother James Coker (Kathy); and her children, Daniel G. Legnini, Matthew M. Legnini, Joanne Carothers (Duff), Raymond Legnini (Jessica), Barbara Legnini-Tryon (Cory) and Ruth Ducey (Larry). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Barbara's memory by contributing to the preservation of trees and habitats for birds.
