He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Ratliff James of Rosedale, VA; his daughters, Kirstin Hedgepeth (Jordan) of Richmond, VA, Randi Sykes (Clint) of Lebanon, VA and Ashleigh Hart (Derek) of Honaker, VA; his siblings, Yvonne Horn of Keen Mountain, VA, Patricia Hutchingson of Georgia, Troy James of Toledo, OH, Michael James of Iman, SC and Adrian James of Bristol, TN.; and his grandchildren, Dylan Hedgepeth, Ryder Hart, Saylor Sykes and Olivia Sykes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
