He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Denise; his children, Paige Carter, Michael, David, Tony, Courteney, Alexis, Tori, Cheyene and James D'Amico; his brothers, Joseph, John, Chuck and Tom D'Amico; his grandchildren, Catalaya and Jace D'Amico; and his mother-in-law Mary Carson. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
