He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Maxfield and Della Gamble Maxfield; and his siblings, Kitty Poskas, Jo Ella Honaker, Bennie Statzer, David Maxfield and Donald Maxfield.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary D. Maxfield; his daughter Robin Maxfield Henley (Todd); and his grandchildren, John William "Will" Henley and Catheryn Rose "Cate" Henley.
