She was predeceased by: her son Steven Tate; her parents, Andrzej Domaleczny and Aniela Domaleczny; and her siblings, John, Irene and Ursszula.

She is survived by: her children, Joanna Habas-Ortiz (Henry) and Richard Gasienica-Daniel; her siblings, Jadzia, Stanley, Adam, Maria and Ewa; and her pets, Mia, Zoe and Murphy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
