He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Plaster and Virginia Mae Richardson Plaster; and his siblings, Jerry Plaster, Brenda Perkins and Ruby Whited.
He is survived by: his son Jon Plaster (Priscilla Whited); his grandchild Walker Buck Plaster of Lebanon, Virginia; and his brother Larry Plaster (Tammy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
