He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William "Bill" and Carolena Cochran Ratliff; his wife Pam Keene Ratliff; his sons, Travis Ratliff of Rosedale, VA and Tim Ratliff of Ashville, NC; his granddaughter Reese Ratliff; his sister Gail Ratliff of Charlotte, NC; his mother-in-law Jackie Keene; and his nephew William Ratliff (Kimberly).
