She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Sterling Neal and Georgia Mae Wolfe Neal; and her brother Gary Lewis Neal (Noodler). She is survived by: her siblings, Roger Dale Neal (Cindy) and Patsy Marie Neal of Suffolk, VA; her nephews, Andrew Neal (Vanessa) of Hillsboro, NC and Jacob Neal of Durham, NC; and also Seth Delaney of Tazewell, TN.
