He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Ray and Lizzy Ray (Hill); and his grandsons, Tony and Cody Ray. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Johnson Ray; his children, Wade Ray (Denise), Tina Bodnovits (Matt), Lisa Ray Eldridge and Beth Ray McConnell (Jason); his grandchildren, Tina, Amanda, Jessica Ray, Mindy Beal-Ray, Wayne Gerring, Nicholas Beal, Tabitha Lorredan, Heather Roberts (Justin), Austin Dagenais (Kerri), Shelby Bodnovits, Brandon Lee Eldridge, Seth and Ross McConnell; and his sister Lee Palmore. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
