He is survived by: his wife Patsy Fletcher of Newport; his sons, Raymond Fletcher of Rose Hill, VA, Rick Fletcher of New Jersey and Robert Fletcher; his stepdaughters, Emily Belcher of Newport and April McKinney of Newport; his great grandchild Jacquelin Flohr of Maryland; his mother Jean Fletcher of Gaithersburg, MD; and his siblings, Darnell Fletcher of Rose Hill, VA, Tony Fletcher of Gaithersburg, MD, Tracy Fletcher of Ewing, VA and Shannon Campbell of Rose Hill, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
