He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Clouse and Elizabeth Clouse (Chadwell). He is survived by: his wife June Clouse; his children, Cathy Rivers (Kenneth), Tina Clouse Yates, Gary Clouse and Jerry Clouse; his grandchildren, Crystal, Brian, Amanda, Amy and Mindy; and his sister Mary Kay Lane. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
