He was predeceased by: his father Hugo Anthony Zacchini; his sister Tabatha Zacchini; his grandparents, Hugo, Elsa Zachine, John Phillips and June Kerns Phillips; and his father-in-law William D. Moore.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Phiilips Edwards (Johnny Edwards); his wife Deborah Zacchini; his children, Peyton Zacchini, Brianne Zacchini, Ricky Moore, Matthew Moore, Derick Branham, Cody Isaacs, Nathan Brummett, Haley Willis (Aaron), Tristen, Lexi Isaacs and Ariah Stallard; and his brother Anthony Zacchini (Amy). He is also survived by his family and friends.
