She was predeceased by: her parents, Rue C. Thomas and Zora Church Thomas; her son Teddy Lee; her siblings, Earl, Ira, Mabel and Marie; and her husband Hubert.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Cope Slusher of Frankfurt, KY; and her daughter-in-law Gail Rouse Cope of Rose Hill, VA. She is also survived by other family members, nieces, nephews and friends.
