He is survived by: his daughter Linda Kay Yeary (Robert Yeary) of Tazewell, TN; his granddaughter Jennifer Yeary of Tazewell, TN; and his brothers, Chester Yeary (Bonnie Mae) of West Union, OH, Les Brooks (Bonnie), Winston Brooks (Mary), Charles Ausmus (Beulah) and Bobby Brooks (Faye). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
