He is survived by: his sons, Dustin and Dalton Louthen of Tazewell, TN; his granddaughter Ana Grace Louthen (Kenneth Louthen) of Tazewell, TN; his sister Kay Louthen; his aunt Cleo Johnson (Bea) of Tazewell, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Bradley Louthen, Colin Honeycutt of Tazewell, TN, Melissa Louthen-Owens of Murfreesboro, TN and Brittany Louthen Collins of Harrogate, TN.
