She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Baumgardner and Ruth Baumgardner (Marcum); her brothers, Sam Baumgardner and Ronnie Baumgardner; and her granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Haleigh.
She is survived by: her husband James Blair; her children, Sandy Witt and Jay Blair (Dewi); her grandchildren, Casey Witt, D. J. Witt, Chelsey Hines (Randall Middleton), Dustin Blair and Lynsey Blair; her great grandchildren, Brandon, Briona, Adriane and Ashely; her great great grandchildren, Raelyn, Clayton, Connor, Cameron and Collin; and her sisters, Lillian Sharp and Betty Collins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
