She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Bradford and Linda Bradford; her siblings, Sarah Wilson, Ida Hammersley, Mae Hounshell, Delora Wagner and Arthur Bradford, Jr.; and her granddaughter Kelsey Cowan Rinck.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Cowan (Keith) of Sneedville, TN; her grandchildren, Lindsey Bell (Bryan) and Haley Cowan (Tommy Brock); and her great grandchildren, Jordan Tanner, Rylan Tanner, Brynleigh Rinck, Connor Rinck, Addison Brock, Baby Emberly Brock, Trent Bell and Ashley Bell.
