He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ira and Onalee Eldridge; his aunt Cindy Scott; and his uncle Donnie Eldridge. He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Collins and Donald Sizemore of Harrogate, TN; his sisters, Jennifer Lemons (Jason), Linda Jones (Rick), Valerie Harmon (Ronnie) and Wilma Cole of Harrogate, TN; his uncles, Arnold "Dick" Eldridge (Diane) and Bobby (Ella Eldridge); and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa Lemons, Anna Grace Louthen, Samantha, Michael Harmon and Josh Daniels. He is also survived by other close friends and relatives.
