He is survived by: his wife Billie Ruth Tate Fecher; his sister Christine Heaney; his nephew Justin Borucki; his great-nieces, Summer and Anabel Borucki; and his in-laws, Shirley Tate Luckett, Wentz Tate, Jr., Milly Tate, Judy Tate Riggs, Duane Tate Akridge (Buz) and Michael Tate (Toria).
