He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Womble; his children, Shawn Falin, Billy Wayne Womble II (Becky) and Crystal Womble; his mother-in-law Evelyn Falin; his grandchildren, Connor, Logan, Candace, Ed, Lacey, Ezra, Jameson, Lydia, Raelynn, Brayleigh, Harper and Bella; his siblings, Tami Womble, Robert Womble (Denise), Kathy Watson and Michael Womble; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin, Robbie Womble, Hayley, Megan Hubbard and Stephanie Jenkins (Dave).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Holding Funeral Home (17 E 3rd St N, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family would like to ask donations in Billy's honor the America Stroke association (7272 Greenville Ave, Dallas TX 75321) or the PAWS at (P.O. Box 576 Coeburn, VA 24230).
