She is survived by: her parents, Hicks Penley and Estella Barton Penley; her sisters, Letha, Barb, Goldie and Faye; her husband Glen Barker; and her children, Pamela Whitmire and Jamie Martin (Kelsey). She is also survived by grandchildren- eight grandchildren, other close relatives and friends.
