She is survived by: her brother Rick Collins; her daughters, Gwen Moore and Steva Parkey (David Epley); her grandchildren, Jason Stone, Nicholas Moore, Jesse Howard (Amber), Aaron Buckner (Sarah), Bryndyn Smith, Zaden, Helena Parkey, Hanna Buckner, Cadence Siegler, Addison Siegler and Kaycee Jones; and her great grandchild Canyon Stone. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
